I was very satisfied with the work of the practice team. I urgently needed an appointment for my little cat due to a severe worm infestation. Unfortunately, my usual vet had no availability that day. Within 30 minutes, I was able to get an appointment. My cat received prompt care, I was given excellent advice, and I left feeling very satisfied. Thank you so much.

The very expensive cat food helped, but it was too much money for the cat. The other thing I tried was an injection in the ear; I don't know if it helped. I can't recommend it.

In March 2025, Ms. Gruhne failed to diagnose my lop-eared rabbit's malocclusion. I visited her three times, and she prescribed medication for constipation and appetite stimulants, among other things. However, due to the malocclusion, the poor thing simply couldn't eat, and his condition became increasingly critical. The correct diagnosis was made by Dr. Benitz in Dresden, where, thankfully, I sought a second opinion. My rabbit was then treated accordingly. Had I fully trusted Ms. Gruhne, my Snowflake would simply have starved to death. After the successful treatment in Dresden, I returned to Ms. Gruhne. She refused to acknowledge her misdiagnosis and wouldn't refund the fee of approximately €250 that I had paid for this pointless visit. My Snowflake is doing well! Should anything happen to him or any of our other animals, we will not be going back to Ms. Gruhne.

With four cats now, we are very regular visitors to Dr. Gruhne's veterinary practice. Dr. Gruhne is always friendly, her diagnoses have always been accurate, which underscores her competence. She always takes ample time and takes us, as pet owners, seriously, even when we're only back because of minor changes in our beloved pets' behavior. Animal welfare is always her and her team's top priority, and even with more serious diagnoses, they always do everything they can and fight for the animals, always with a positive outcome. A big thank you also goes to Dr. Gruhne's wonderful team! We've never had any trouble getting appointments, even at very short notice, in either Senftenberg or Schwarzheide. You're always greeted warmly, everyone is helpful, proactive, provides excellent advice, and the animals are wonderfully cared for.
