Dear Dr. Starke and Team, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving Snoopy "a second life." My longtime trusted veterinarian, Dr. Zinke, referred me to you. Snoopy comes from Italy; she lived for many years on bare concrete in a terrible animal shelter. I adopted her two and a half years ago. She was 13.5 years old at the time. She is an angel on four paws, and I love her very much. Of course, operating on a 16-year-old dog is a significant risk, which is why Dr. Zinke recommended inhalation anesthesia, which he himself cannot administer, and referred me to you. Snoopy had a small open tumor on her abdomen, and there was no alternative but to remove it. I was naturally afraid, but everything went perfectly from the beginning. Snoopy is doing incredibly well again; she recovered exceptionally well from the surgery—thanks to the new heart medication, she's even fitter than before :). I hope she lives to a ripe old age and that I can spend many more years with her – I am so grateful for every single day. Dr. Starke is very competent and conscientious and takes a lot of time for consultations and explanations. I felt very comfortable there from the very beginning and had complete trust in him. You also helped my 16-year-old German Shepherd mix, Mellow, so much. He is doing much better; he can now breathe normally and calmly again – thank you for taking an X-ray of him spontaneously, even though you didn't have much time. This way, we have a much clearer diagnosis. Thank you again so much for the wonderful care of my two dogs; I am very grateful! I will certainly be back. A highly competent veterinarian and a truly lovely team. The practice is very well-equipped, and the layout of the waiting room, treatment rooms, and exit is very well thought out. Dr. Starke is always ready to help and, in my opinion, truly puts the animal's well-being first. The prices are also perfectly reasonable.

I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. The friendliness, competence, and advice are absolutely fantastic. They take their time with every pet. I can only say a huge thank you.

First-class care for our cat Mäxe! Our old cat is now over 13 years old and had been feeling unwell the last few days (vomiting, loss of appetite, withdrawn...). One call to the practice and Nurse Anne, as always, was very friendly and competent and gave us an appointment promptly. Then followed a thorough examination, blood test, X-ray... Everything was discussed with us in detail and our dear old furball was well cared for. Today, just a day later, he's already on the mend and we are so happy that our cat is still with us.
