Very pleasant experience at the practice. The doctor is very patient and helpful. She answers all your questions very patiently and gives really good, practical advice.

Update: 3 years later the price is still 65€ and currently it is almost half of what others vet charge. Service was great, professional, friendly and quick. Increasing the stars. Leaving the small disappointment below related to communication just for history. --------------------------- +66% increase in prices for vaccinations y/y In 2022 the price for the combined 7 vaccinations for my dog, on a Thursday ("impftag"), was 39€. One year later the price is not advertised anymore on the website, the discount for going there on Thursday is not written anymore in the bill, no information is given upfront (which is expected in case of huge increases) and for 5 vaccinations (not 7) i was surprisingly charged 65€! This 66% increase was explained as related to GoT price increases, which I "understand"... however a communication upfront to returning customers and the same transparency that was there last year by publishing prices online could have been provided. For the rest, vets are good and very loving and empathic with my dog.

Very friendly, quick and organized animal doc. Both resident lady doctors helped our pets quite a few times, and there was no moment when we did not feel well advised and under good professional lead. The prices are also quite acceptable. Open few hours on sundays too, for urgent cases. Enough parking places, bit out of city center but well reachable per Autobahn.

This was our first time at Medivet, as our usual vet is on vacation. We were more than impressed with how warmly we were welcomed. The vet even took the time to build a bond (even if only briefly) with our dog. She really dedicated a lot of time to him, which is rare these days. Our Labrador Retriever has never been so relaxed at the vet's office as he was here :) Thank you so much for the wonderful care! We humans felt very comfortable too. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, I've had very bad experiences with this veterinary practice. I went there for a long time until I finally had enough. The "check-up" examinations aren't really check-ups at all (even though you sometimes pay between €50 and €70 for them). I took my dog ​​there for a check-up, and they said my dog ​​was healthy, but he wasn't. That's how it started. Then, at the next appointment, they only took blood, but they charged me for the examination again, even though there was never any examination! (In the end, I paid about €250). During the blood draw, the veterinary assistant couldn't even draw my dog's blood properly! Most of the blood ended up on the floor instead of in the containers. And then they didn't even give the correct medication that my dog ​​needed for his illness. What's happened there is truly outrageous!
