I've always had excellent experiences with my two cats here. The veterinary clinic, despite having two vets, couldn't measure the intraocular pressure in one of the cats, but it worked perfectly at the practice, without much stress for the cat.

They have no empathy, at least not for small animals. Our Chihuahua is terrified. The vet and her assistant brutally forced him down onto the table by the scruff of his neck, several times. When we asked them to stop because he was screaming so loudly, they said, "Better this way, before he gets a blue tongue."

I took my two rabbits to the vet and was shocked. The animals were handled very roughly, and the veterinary assistant seemed unsure how to handle them, so I would have preferred to hold my pets myself. My rabbit, who has always been very tame and calm, was terrified after being treated that way. We've always been able to pet and hold him without any problems. Now he just sits in a corner, very scared. After seeing my rabbit scream in terror at the vet's office and being treated like a rabid alligator, I'm deeply shaken. Both my rabbits and I are deeply traumatized. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. However, I must commend the friendly receptionist who handled the whole situation very calmly.

We took our dog to this veterinary practice for years. Over time, the way our Pomeranian was treated became increasingly rough and aggressive, to the point that she developed a genuine fear of entering the practice. During our last visit, when our dog needed a blood draw, and the veterinarian, Ms. R., couldn't get it right away, she shouted loudly at our dog and complained to us about her panic and behavior. Even more frightened, this made it impossible to draw blood again, and our dog needed a few days to recover from the incident. We then switched to a different veterinary practice, where the entire team treated her with sensitivity, and visits to the vet were no longer a problem for her. I recommend that any pet owner who cares about their animal's well-being avoid this practice. Both the veterinarians and the entire team lack the necessary sensitivity in handling animals.

We have no complaints; our wire-haired dachshund Ludwig was treated with great care after he tore out a claw. I give them a big thumbs up and four stars 🌟 Sincerely, C. Dernbach and Andreas Haase
