I've been taking my 15-and-a-half-year-old Bolonka, Chipsy, to Dr. Rupp for over a decade! She's competent, friendly, empathetic, and even compassionate with desperate owners. I couldn't imagine a better veterinarian. Dr. Thormälen and her entire team also deserve high praise. Thank you on behalf of my two girls as well.

Since 2010, we have received excellent care from the practice team of Dr. Rupp and Dr. Thormählen. We currently have three cats and always feel we are in the best hands there. Back in 2014, they supported us with great expertise and compassion during our cat Jeany's battle with cancer. In 2022, Dr. Thormählen accompanied Jeany to her final resting place during a home visit, with great calm, dignity, and empathy. We will always be grateful to her for that. During the difficult time when our cat Mia suffered from heart failure, we also received tremendous support from Dr. Rupp and Dr. Thormählen. They always told us honestly when the right time had come to transfer her to a veterinary clinic, instead of presuming to be able to treat everything themselves. We greatly appreciate this honesty and professionalism. Our cat Linus, now 16 years old, has a few health issues and recently even suffered a broken sternum. Thanks to the expert care of the two veterinarians, he recovered remarkably well without needing to be hospitalized. Our Bengal cat, Coco, also recently had to undergo a complicated dental surgery with Dr. Rupp. Everything healed perfectly in a short time, and Coco is back to her old self. Currently, we are treating our cat for a wasp sting, which unfortunately has serious consequences. Here, too, our cat is always treated with love and patience. At no point do we feel rushed, and our animals are never handled roughly. We always leave feeling relaxed. It's especially important to us that our cats have absolutely no fear of the carrier or the vet visit. They willingly go into the carrier and come out relaxed at the clinic. For us, this is a clear indication that they have never had a bad experience there. No matter where we might move in the future, we will go to great lengths to continue having our animals treated at this practice. We couldn't ask for better veterinary care.

Dear Dr. Petra Rupp, after almost 16 years, I had to have my Golden Retriever, Sir, put to sleep, whom you had cared for all those years. I can highly recommend your practice; I always received excellent advice and my animals were in the best possible hands. Saying goodbye to Sir was peaceful and very dignified, as was the support you provided until his death. I would like to thank you most sincerely.
