I took my two cats there because they were barely eating. After several hours of waiting in an empty practice, and nearly €1,000 richer for the practice, all I was told was, "Yes, they have gastroenteritis, it's quite normal." The cats weren't properly examined, and no one listened to me. When I asked what to do about their refusal to eat, the vet simply said, "Give them cheap food, it has a lot of sugar in it, and they'll feel better." Furthermore, my male cat was returned to me with an infection after his neutering, and when I expressed my concern, I was simply told to send pictures by email, and then they would get back to me. To this day, no one has contacted me. If I hadn't acted quickly and gone to another vet, my cat would have suffered much worse consequences. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone unless you want your pet to be mistreated and neglected. The vets there are only after their money, which explains the high prices compared to any other vet in the area. If you felt understood and cared for, the price of treatment wouldn't matter at all, but the way the doctors work there, the practice should be shut down.

I was a customer of yours for a long time, bringing my cat to you for vaccinations and checkups. That was a big mistake on my part. After 3-4 days, I had a vet visit today. She determined that my cat needs to be neutered. Apparently, my cat is a hairless Sphynx, and if we don't neuter him, they'll take him away. It seems you and the vet think you know better what the cat wants and how she should live. With or without eggs! Because that's what you want. Or are you only interested in money? In any case, I will be taking further steps elsewhere, not to you! I no longer trust you at all!!! Sincerely, Artur B.

Wonderful with people and animals! Quick appointment, emergency. My 20.5-year-old cat was examined gently and very thoroughly, and everything was explained perfectly. Follow-up appointments were equally pleasant and professional. Modern, new practice, very clean, top-notch expertise! I can recommend them 100%, and I've visited about 10 veterinary practices in 30 years. The vets and all the staff here are fantastic. Thank you!

Dr. Kremer is a very competent and empathetic doctor, even if you arrive unannounced. His assistants are all very nice, but Medivet needs to improve its reception staff, as an older, brown-haired woman is quite sharp-tongued. We called to drop in without an appointment because our cat wasn't feeling well. This woman downplayed our problems, saying it was because we hadn't neutered him. Sure. I wonder why she didn't become a veterinarian herself, but now I can answer that question myself. If I had the power, I'd fire her, but oh well, everyone gets lucky sometimes. If you can manage the receptionist, I can otherwise recommend Medivet.

When we took our cat to the vet for a pre-spaying examination, we didn't have any bad feelings. But as the day of the spaying approached, things turned into a nightmare. There were complications during the surgery, which can always happen, of course, but when we picked up our cat, we welcomed her warmly and spent a lot of time with her, keeping a close eye on her. She had to wear a body suit, but it was two sizes too big, so we had to go back. Naturally, the new suit cost extra. When we observed her behavior for a day or two later, she seemed quite lethargic and suffering. When we went back to the vet out of concern, the consultation was very superficial and practically useless, and it was the emergency service, which also involved a lot of fees. Shortly after the vet visit, we had to go to another clinic where our cat's condition was classified as an immediate emergency. There, she received excellent care and hasn't had the problems she had before. If a doctor takes an X-ray and explains what's going on, but then doesn't take any further action and tells us we should go somewhere else, that's anything but professional. Zero stars if I could.
