I was a customer of yours for a long time, bringing my cat to you for vaccinations and checkups. That was a big mistake on my part. After 3-4 days, I had a vet visit today. She determined that my cat needs to be neutered. Apparently, my cat is a hairless Sphynx, and if we don't neuter him, they'll take him away. It seems you and the vet think you know better what the cat wants and how she should live. With or without eggs! Because that's what you want. Or are you only interested in money? In any case, I will be taking further steps elsewhere, not to you! I no longer trust you at all!!! Sincerely, Artur B.

Our cat was spayed 10 days ago, and the operation went very well. We're relieved that everything went smoothly. The consultation was generally okay, factual, and sufficient, but it could have been a bit more detailed, especially regarding aftercare. Overall, we're satisfied with how things went, especially because of the successful procedure.

Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars. We went there on a Sunday and were happy to find a practice that offered emergency services on Sundays. We took our cat there because she had injured her paw. On the positive side, we didn't have to wait long and were seen quickly. The examination was very brief, and the diagnosis was made quickly. We were told that the wound needed to be stitched up that very day; otherwise, in the worst-case scenario, our cat's paw would have to be amputated. After a short discussion, we decided to have the wound treated locally on-site and schedule an appointment for surgery with our regular vet the following day. We were repeatedly made to feel guilty and told that we should go to the animal hospital immediately for stitches, which would have been extremely expensive. In the end, the wound was cleaned, and an antibiotic and a painkiller were administered. Today at our vet, it was determined that it's just a small cut on the paw, which will heal within five days with an ointment and antibiotics. In retrospect, I'm extremely angry that, firstly, a wrong diagnosis (or an extremely dramatized one) was given, secondly, attempts were made to persuade us to subject the cat to a completely excessive treatment, and thirdly, we were repeatedly made to feel guilty that we weren't making the right decision for our cat. Afterwards, we've realized once again how important it can be to get a second opinion.

A huge compliment! The reception staff were very friendly! The veterinarian, Omar Sweilam, explained everything very well and kindly. The entire examination was conducted with care and love for the animals! This was my first visit to the clinic, but I think my little Lilly has found her vet!

I've always been satisfied. But yesterday I was really disappointed. My neighbors' dog suddenly couldn't breathe. I told them they should come to you because I've always felt well taken care of there. They were supposed to call ahead and let you know that an emergency was coming. They did that while they were on their way. All they got was, "Sorry, we're full, go to Essen or Recklinghausen." Seriously, I just didn't understand that. Is that how you handle an emergency? The dog was gasping for air, and you were the closest place.
