Meike Diedrich, Terminsprechstunde

We were on vacation and had an emergency with our dog Hanni. I can't really put into words how fantastic this vet visit was – in 40 years of keeping animals, I've never received such excellent treatment and advice. I don't know when a vet has ever taken so much time for us. A huge thank you! Not only is she incredibly competent, but she's also a wonderful person – thank you for everything.

I visited Meike Diedrich and her team's practice today and was absolutely thrilled. My appointment request via email was answered promptly, and the examination and consultation were simply fantastic. It's a shame I don't have something like this in Hamburg. When we're at our holiday home and have any concerns about our two dogs, I now know exactly where I'll go.

What a wonderful and competent vet. Whether by phone or in person, she always offers problem-oriented advice. "The two of them" do a fantastic job and do it wholeheartedly! Update: There's definitely no financial interest here! Even with my old man, nothing unnecessary is done; instead, the dog is viewed holistically, appropriate to his age.

She's actually a good vet, and I don't want to speak ill of her. However, she hasn't been reachable by phone for MONTHS. Either no one answers, the call is hung up on, there's a message saying she's in surgery, or the line is busy. Simply being unreachable is awful. I've had to go to other vets several times now. And it's not just me; I know of four other vets who have the same problem.

I was at the Diedrich veterinary practice again today. Meike and Anka are simply wonderful! I've been taking my dachshunds to Meike for many years and I'm very happy with her. She always takes her time, explains everything clearly, gives good advice, and handles the animals with great care. I highly recommend this practice!
