Absolutely not recommended! We ended up with Mr. Erbacher because our vet is on vacation. We would have been better off waiting until her vacation was over for the "treatment." He didn't treat our cat well, and we're no wiser after the appointment than before. Despite admitting he had no idea what was wrong with the cat, he administered several injections. He clearly had no clue what the problem was. On top of that, Mr. Erbacher was incredibly unfriendly, making rude remarks, badmouthing other vets, showing absolutely no interest, and displaying no empathy whatsoever. I'm truly appalled. I've never experienced anything like it. Find a different vet. We certainly won't be going back there!

Always extremely satisfied after every visit. Mr. and Mrs. Erbacher are very direct and don't beat around the bush; what needs to be done needs to be done. We have already taken several animals to Dr. Erbacher, be it two rabbits for sterilization, or years later, my two cats, who, thankfully, don't need to see the doctor often, but when they do, they are always treated wonderfully and lovingly. My parents and their dog were also under Mr. Erbacher's care for many years. While other doctors had already considered euthanizing the animal due to incorrect diagnoses, Mr. Erbacher recognized right on the first visit that the dog's difficulty walking was simply due to a blocked anal gland. The bottom line is, first and foremost for us, I hope that Mr. Erbacher and his wife will continue to have their practice for a long time and continue to treat our two kittens when necessary until they leave us in many years to come, as both of them approach their work with passion and dedication. We feel very well looked after there. Best regards

Quick appointment and very competent advice from the veterinarian. Very pleasant reception from the lady at the front desk. I visited this vet with a friend who acted as an interpreter for the cat. Thorough examination including vaccinations and everything else required, including a European pet passport for travel. The cat felt very comfortable and caused no problems during the examination. I can recommend this veterinarian; they are very reasonably priced and communicate very clearly. They do a great job.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Erbacher. I received a thorough consultation regarding the spaying of my cat, Nila, from his very friendly assistant beforehand. Everything went well, and I can highly recommend Dr. Erbacher.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before I took my cat in for neutering. I deeply regret this. I was a new patient and my first time there. I received inadequate information and felt very unsafe. When I picked up my cat, he was constantly shivering and was hypothermic, and that's no excuse for putting him under anesthesia, because you're obligated to care for the cat after the treatment by keeping him warm. The older woman at the reception desk showed no empathy and ignored many of the things I tried to express. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she looked at me very confused, and her body language reflected that.
