What a wonderfully warm and welcoming practice! We found three small, injured wild rabbits at our workplace. They had been badly mauled by a magpie and were clearly bleeding. After the animal shelter turned us away quite rudely, we went to the practice 10 minutes before the end of their opening hours. Despite the patients waiting in the waiting room, they immediately took us into an examination room. The baby rabbits were examined right away. They assured us they would find someone to care for them. I haven't experienced such loving and kind treatment of animals in a long time! Here, animal welfare is clearly their top priority! Thank you again so much; we were able to return to work with a clear conscience.

I'm absolutely thrilled. Ms. Gottesbühren and the entire team are incredibly kind. You can tell that everyone truly cares about the animals' well-being. I feel my senior dog and I are in excellent hands there.

We were there for the first time today and immediately felt very comfortable. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, especially the lovely and very friendly ladies at the reception desk. 😊 The doctor was super friendly, competent, and took her time. We never felt rushed or stressed. The wait was also pleasantly short (thankfully!), but even if it had been longer, I would have gladly accepted it simply because everything else is perfect. I can recommend this practice with a clear conscience! 💯👏

The best veterinary practice I could ever imagine! There's always something going on, yet the entire team is always ready to listen, friendly, and tries their best to accommodate everyone. Even more importantly, the way they treat the animals is always incredibly loving and professional. We feel our cats are in very good hands here. Thank you so much for your amazing work! 🫶

I was at the practice with my dog ​​Devil on June 8, 2026. I was 100% satisfied with the treatment and the team; I would give them 5 stars. My complaint concerns the bill. Since my dog ​​couldn't walk on his left paw and seemed to be in pain, I called the practice directly on Monday at 9:00 AM, 17 times, but the line was always busy. Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I went there in person. When a staff member saw the dog limping, she told me to sit in the waiting room. Things moved very quickly, and Devil received the necessary care. Today, June 11, 2026, we went back for a check-up and to pay the bill. As I said, the treatment was really good, but the bill surprised me. Besides the treatment charges, there was also an item for urgent services that significantly disrupted the practice's operations, for an additional €48.84. When I asked what this charge was for, I was told it was a fee because I had come without an appointment on Monday. As I mentioned, my dog ​​was in pain, and I hadn't been able to reach the practice by phone. They said they were an appointment-only practice, which was new to me, and that there was a notice on the counter announcing the fee. 1. I didn't see this notice on Monday because I wasn't in the treatment room. 2. They should have explicitly informed me about the fee before the treatment so I could decide whether or not to proceed. 3. The practice was not very busy that day. (3 other patients) 4. I've never heard of any veterinarian or other doctor charging a fee for walk-ins. 5. Almost €50 is a lot of money for me as a pensioner on a small pension (it costs a week's worth of food). 6. I find this fee outrageous. Don't get me wrong, I would do anything for my dog, I'm just annoyed by this outrageous fee charged without providing any service. Since I've lived in Resse, Devil has been under the care of Ms. Gottesbühren, and I've always been satisfied, but...
