Even when other practices have closed, they are there for both people and animals, partly because they are part of a network of emergency clinics. Thanks to the large team, there are no hours-long waits. What impresses me most is that you're not just treated as a pet owner here, but truly cared for, with a calm and genuine warmth that is rare. I especially appreciate the team's honesty: they even advise against treatments if they aren't necessary, even though they could profit from them. Your own ideas are welcome, and you are truly listened to. I feel completely cared for and understood here every time I visit. Highly recommended.

I had to take my dog ​​to the vet because of an eye infection. I got an appointment for 9 a.m. yesterday. Unfortunately, the assistant didn't tell me that the examination would cost an extra 30 euros between 9 and 10 a.m. When I was asked to pay, I was shocked. The vet was really nice, but the price was a bit too high.

We are very satisfied with the Kaiserstraße veterinary practice in Herten. The entire team is always friendly, helpful, and dedicated. It's clear that everyone puts in a lot of effort and that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Any questions are answered clearly, and you feel well cared for. Even at short notice, they often try to find a solution, and you are always treated kindly and professionally. Even during the regular visit, I felt completely at ease. The veterinarian I saw for the first time today was incredibly empathetic, took plenty of time, and explained everything clearly. Exactly as you would hope. Just like all the veterinarians and veterinary assistants there ❤️ And then came the situation with my dog. Without hesitation, you immediately told us to come right away, you made time for her, and you cared for her with such calm, patience, and tenderness – even though she's very anxious due to her past. This is absolutely not something to take for granted. A huge thank you again to Dr. Litschko for always taking such loving care of my calf. Absolutely grateful! What I particularly appreciate is that you don't just follow a standard procedure, but truly consider the individual animal, its age, and its quality of life. Nothing unnecessary is done; instead, you provide honest and responsible advice. It's clear that the animals' well-being is close to your hearts – just as much as how you treat us as owners.
