Super
If you need out-of-hours veterinary care or urgent advice this is the right place. The vet who examined our cat had a great sense of humor. Plus they have a large parking lot.
We went in Easter Sunday because my new cat was frequently vomiting and not eating nod drinking. I had my husband and toddler with me, the receptionist was super nice and she spoke English but the waiting time inside the consolation room was super long (around 45 mins), they told me that an emergency case came in but it seemed like we were forgotten or ignored for 45 mins with my baby getting bored and not knowing when the vet will come. There was no assistant with the vet and I had to hold the cat (I mean people get paid to this! ). Consultation was ok but we only has painkiller and anti-vomiting, I preferred if we gor anti-biotics or something for hydration the cat gets hydrated as she haven’t eaten or drank since Friday morning). I’d go there only if I have an emergency other than that I like my vet and very halo with her
Very friendly and helpful Staff and Pets very well looked after and treated. Highly recommended.
This an excellent emergency veterinary. They helped us two times with our dog. Sometimes it took more time when it is a little bit crowded, but overall they are pretty responsive and professional
