A wonderful and empathetic veterinarian and a truly lovely and helpful team. My dogs always panicked at the vet. With Dr. Norkus and his compassionate team, this has improved significantly. He's the first vet I've ever met who takes the time to talk to you before examining you. You don't feel rushed and you get the feeling that he genuinely cares about my animals' well-being.

We took our dog Bailey to the vet today for the first time. He's very anxious about vet visits because of a bad experience he had in the past. Even though it was almost closing time and we'd never been there before, Dr. Norkus took the time to work with Bailey. He handled him very calmly, and it was the first time Bailey didn't have an accident out of fear. That says a lot! Thank you again for the expert treatment and your warm and caring way with animals.
