Dr. Graefenstedt and her assistant came to my home for an emergency involving my dog. She is not a patient of hers. Dr. Graefenstedt arrived very quickly, immediately knew what was wrong, and treated Snoopy. She was so empathetic, yet extremely professional! Thank you so much, and Snoopy was already feeling much better that evening. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Super nice vet and assistant! I unfortunately had to have my cat put down yesterday, and after being desperately turned down by several vets regarding a home visit or not taken seriously due to lack of time, I reached Ms. Graefenstedt, and they were immediately empathetic and understood the urgency. Within 10 minutes, they were with me and stood by me with understanding while they put my cat down in my home with incredible care and love.

We used to take our cat there for treatment, and now we take our dog, and we're very satisfied. You can get an appointment quickly and are in competent hands. Plus, you don't have the hassle of going to the vet, so it's less stressful for both pet and owner :-)
