A truly wonderful veterinarian and veterinary assistant! Unfortunately, I had to have my cat put down yesterday. After being turned away by several veterinarians for house calls or not taken seriously due to lack of time, I finally reached Ms. Graefenstedt. She was immediately empathetic and understood the urgency of the situation. Within 10 minutes, she was at my home, offering compassionate support while she gently and lovingly helped my cat pass away peacefully.

I was there during the emergency service. They were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Graefenstedt and her assistant came to my home for an emergency involving my dog. She is not a patient of hers. Dr. Graefenstedt arrived very quickly, immediately knew what was wrong, and treated Snoopy. She was so empathetic, yet extremely professional!
