We were visiting friends with our dachshund when she suddenly started vomiting several times. Our friends had already had very positive experiences with Dr. Daub-Höfling and highly recommended her. Dr. Daub-Höfling was able to help our dog quickly and easily, allowing us to continue our short vacation without any worries! We and Berta say thank you for saving our vacation and would highly recommend this wonderful veterinarian!

Doesn't respond to urgent inquiries or voicemail messages during their opening hours. I don't need to know any more. ADDITION from Sunday, two days later: What a rude woman. Now that she's read my review, she even calls twice in a row on a Sunday. More concerned about her review than my previous concern. After I immediately ended the call, she had the nerve to call again. Nothing more needs to be added. REPLY to your statement: Your attempt to portray my call as an emergency is a shameless attempt to distort the facts. It was an urgent inquiry about medication - the clinics don't see themselves as the right contact in such cases. You should be aware of that. My unwillingness to speak with you was because you called because of my review and initiated the process immediately. I then made it clear to you that I was not willing to speak on that basis. Your persistence with repeated, consecutive calls spoke volumes. And mind you, not during your opening hours, but on a Sunday. I find your argument regarding the delayed delivery of the voicemail message unconvincing. You could have responded immediately afterward and explained yourself. But the case only became relevant to you when you read my review. In my view, your apology is nothing more than a tepid attempt to justify your actions instead of taking responsibility for them.

We've found a truly wonderful veterinarian! Despite it being a public holiday, Dr. Daub-Höfling responded immediately to my worried email and came by the very next morning. Many thanks for your empathy, calm demeanor, expertise, and the time you dedicated to Mimi and Mausi. The patients (and their owner) were quite nervous. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Daub-Höfling, and M&M are happy again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
