We had to euthanize our dog and we wanted to do this at home. The veterinar from this praxis was utmost professional and made this hard moment for us very pleasant (as pleasant it can be). He explained us every step, he petted the dog before every check/ingestion (eventhough she was already in deep sleep) and had really calming energy which helped us a lot during these hard moments. I would highly recommend this praxis to everybody.
I called for a quote before Dr. Sommer and her assistant came and was told that the visit would cost €50 travel time and €80 for an ultrasound of my cat’s heart. At the end of the visit, Dr. Sommer asked me for 187 € but gave me a 20€ discount for the misquoted travel costs. Dr. Sommer and her assistant were nice and my cat was not afraid, After the visit, it was difficult to get Dr. Sommer to send me the results of my cat’s exam. Emails were not responded to and only after two months plus having our regular veterinarian call her, did I receive the results. The system didn’t really work for me and we will go back to our normal vet.
Dr. Sommer and her team give top notch service. Super professional, always nice and I completely trust them with the health of my pets. This combination is really hard to find. Worth every penny.
Very competent and professional, took a lot of time to listen to the history before checking our little Yuki, and when she needed to be put to sleep, she was the most caring and sensitive Veterinarian I've experienced to date.
She came to my home on Christmas Eve and Christmas day to help my kitty Charlie! Five stars are not enough. She is AVAILABLE , easy to reach and very caring. She gave up her lunch break to help me dispose of the mortal remains of my very old kitty Pitch when I found he had passed on early one morning. She took him away and helped me arrange for his cremation and return of his ashes. Speaks excellent English. Her former and current assistants are also kind. I could share more examples of how outstanding she is but I will just reiterate that Five Stars are not enough.
