Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. He was seriously ill with cancer, and we wanted him to be able to pass away peacefully at home in his familiar surroundings, without having to travel by car one last time. We didn't know Ms. Knieps before yesterday, but we are so glad she came to us. The farewell and letting him go was handled with great respect. She explained everything to us, took her time, talked to our dog, stroked him, and even brought flowers and a candle for him. The situation was incredibly difficult for us, but Ms. Knieps handled it with such respect for both people and animals. Thank you again for that.

We used Ms. Knieps' emergency service today based on a recommendation. She arrived very quickly and cared for our hunting dog to our complete satisfaction. The entire procedure for the upcoming treatment was explained in detail, based on our description, and carried out exactly as we had described it. We can recommend Ms. Knieps and her team with a clear conscience. We will also return to Ms. Knieps for routine checkups and vaccinations from now on. Five stars are not enough in our opinion. I contacted Ms. Knieps about our very sick 11 1/2-year-old dog, Sachiko, because after many vet visits, I wanted our beloved dog to be treated at home. The first visit, of course, involved getting to know each other and explaining the dog's medical history. There had been blood in her urine for two months. However, I was surprised that Ms. Knieps didn't examine Sachiko at all, no palpation, nothing. The bill was almost €85. A day or two later, I unfortunately called the vet at 8:30 pm, for which I apologized. She mentioned that she would only come to perhaps give a vitamin injection; I could administer painkillers or something else, and that I would be better off going to the animal hospital. It seemed somewhat dismissive. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything. A day later, Ms. Knieps called me in the afternoon to ask how "the little darling" was doing, which I was very pleased to hear. ...] . ] . ] . * ' ’ , ’ , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , But when I mentioned that I missed having an examination at our first meeting and cancelled the scheduled blood test appointment, Ms. Knieps became very rude and replied that I had apparently told her to stay away from our dog 😱 Unbelievable... Why did I call her if she's supposed to "stay away" from our precious dog?

Ms. Knieps is a compassionate and competent veterinarian. She helped our cat pass away peacefully. Her calm and gentle voice comforted our beloved cat and us. She also explained her procedure clearly and made saying goodbye easier. We highly recommend this wonderful veterinarian.

Since our dog Milo hasn't been feeling well the last few days and we were looking for a mobile veterinarian, we found Ms. Knieps. After scheduling an appointment, she visited us today and took care of Milo's ears. She handled him very competently and gently, so we will definitely contact her again if needed. We highly recommend Ms. Knieps!
