Great vet who speaks English well.
For over 20 years, I've spent my summers at Lake Wörthersee. And 15 times, my loyal dog has been by my side. I took her to veterinarian Volker Moser twice—a few years ago and again this year. The first visit was prompted by a sudden weakness. I got an appointment without any trouble. Mr. Moser quickly won my dog's trust. Mine too. A very calm examination, an injection, canine acupuncture, a pill for the next day, and... two hours later, I had a lively and happy dog again. This year, our second and last visit to Volker Moser. I'd known since March that my dear Effi was slowly saying goodbye to me. But we still managed to get back to Lake Wörthersee. Throughout May, my dog was happy—running sprints in the garden, swimming a lot in the lake, visiting all the neighbors. And then she grew weaker and weaker, and the day came when she no longer felt joy and only suffered. I took her back to Dr. Moser's vet. He examined her very gently, and then came the very difficult decision—difficult for me, but ultimately liberating for her. Dr. Moser helped my dog cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully, gently, and painlessly. Thank you for your help in good times and bad.
I am incredibly grateful for the loving and expert care our dog received! Many would have given up on him – the tetanus diagnosis with complete paralysis seemed hopeless. But the entire team didn't give up, fought around the clock, and was there for us day and night. Thanks to their dedication, patience, and big hearts, our Samu got a second chance. Today he's doing very well again. A huge thank you to the entire team – you are simply amazing!
I've been to this veterinary practice twice now, and both times my cat had an emergency. Each time I was surprised by how quickly the diagnosis was made and how calmly and empathetically the two vets worked. The prices are very fair. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for the loving care and attention you gave our cat until the very last day of her life. It's wonderful to know that your animals are treated as living beings with their own unique quirks and idiosyncrasies, just like us humans, and receive individual, heartfelt care and attention. Thank you to the fantastic veterinary team and also to Susi for her telephone support. Thank you, Horst Aigensberger family.
