⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When the initial phone call is friendlier than 90% of all conversations you have these days, that's a good sign. The practice itself is beautifully designed, lovingly furnished, and feels thoughtfully planned without being sterile or impersonal. You immediately notice that the people who work here don't just practice their profession, they live it. The real highlight, however, is Ms. Kusterer. Our three young female rats were treated with an attention, patience, and warmth that any pet owner could only dream of. There was no time pressure, no feeling of "next, please," but rather an honest and thorough examination of our animals' problems. Medical competence and empathy go hand in hand here, which, unfortunately, is no longer a given. Good treatment consists not only of diagnosis and therapy, but also of communication, trust, and the feeling of being taken seriously. That's exactly what we experienced here. Our rats would probably give it 5 stars too... Many thanks to Ms. Kusterer and the entire team!

We visited the practice (with Nadine Meyer-Gallatz) in September/October and felt completely at ease. It was a major dental surgery, which was quite expensive, but it was worth every penny!
