I called once and got an appointment immediately. Excellent service; our Aussie received a very warm welcome and even got a treat right away. The treatment was great and went smoothly. We will definitely be back. Top veterinarian.

I went to her today for the first time to have our cat Jacky spayed. Everything was straightforward and easy; it's great that a veterinary practice like this still exists these days. Ms. Stelzer was also very friendly, calm, and accommodating. The practice has gained two new patients. Best regards, Doreen Matyschok (Harnischfeger)

A few days ago, we sadly had to have our beloved cat put to sleep due to a serious illness. Since he always hated car rides, it was especially important to us that he could spend his final days in his familiar, stress-free surroundings. We received a very warm welcome during our initial phone call, and shortly afterward, we received a call back confirming that the veterinarian would be coming to our home – for which we were incredibly grateful. The veterinarian took her time, explaining everything calmly, sensitively, and with great empathy. It was a difficult time for us, but we felt very well supported and understood. A week later, we took our other cat to the clinic for the first time – for her annual check-up, vaccinations, and deworming. There, too, we received a warm welcome from both the veterinary assistant and the vet. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, and thanks to the short drive, our cat experienced very little stress. It was especially nice that I was allowed to hold her during the examination – this calmed her down considerably. She also received treats right away, which I thought was lovely. A week later, we took our other cat to the clinic for the first time – for her annual health check, vaccinations, and deworming. The vet was kind, patient, and really took her time. All our questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. We felt completely comfortable and well cared for. We are so glad we found this practice and now know that our animals are in the best hands. Thank you for everything! ❤️

I must say I am very disappointed in her and will never go back, as she misdiagnosed my budgie and he will therefore not even live another month. We were told he had a hip fracture, but when we went to another vet because the swelling in his lower abdomen was getting bigger, they discovered he has a kidney tumor, i.e., cancer. If we had gone to him as before, we could have saved him, but because of Martina Kimmich, it's too late now.
