Competent advice and quick appointments; the entire team is highly skilled. The veterinarian analyzes meticulously and is very empathetic towards both the patient and the pet owner. Within just a few weeks, we took our two female dogs, each with life-threatening symptoms, to Dr. Susanne Schmid. The veterinarian is very kind and honest. She provided us with highly competent advice and excellent recommendations. We found the price-performance ratio to be outstanding. Four days after the diagnosis, we were able to discuss further treatment options every morning at a pre-arranged time. Our two dogs are now completely healthy again. For over 12 years, my family and I took our two dwarf rabbits, Nougat and Tiffany, to Ms. Schmid for treatment – ​​and throughout all those years, we always felt we were in excellent hands. Ms. Schmid always had a sympathetic ear, was always available, and took her time – no matter how small or large the concern. I was particularly impressed that she is not only highly skilled but also incredibly honest and empathetic. When one of our rabbits had a tumor, she advised us with great sensitivity, but also with a realistic assessment. It was difficult to hear her words, but that was exactly what we needed at that moment – ​​genuine care that always puts the animal's well-being first. Ms. Schmid and her entire team have an incredibly warm and welcoming manner – towards both people and animals. I have rarely met anyone who treats an animal as respectfully as she does. After the death of our two dwarf rabbits (10 and 12 years old), we haven't gotten another pet. But one thing I know for sure: If another small animal ever finds a home with us, our first stop will be without hesitation, back to Ms. Schmid and her wonderful team.
