For over 12 years, my family and I, along with our two dwarf rabbits, Nougat and Tiffany, have been under Ms. Schmid's care – and throughout all these years, we have always felt in excellent hands. Ms. Schmid always had a listening ear, was always available, and took her time – no matter how small or large the issue. I was particularly impressed by her outstanding professionalism, as well as her incredibly honest and empathetic approach. When one of our rabbits had a tumor, she advised us with great sensitivity, but also with a realistic assessment. It was difficult to hear her words, but that was exactly what we needed at that moment – ​​genuine care that always puts the animal's well-being first. Ms. Schmid and her entire team have an incredibly warm manner – towards both people and animals. I have rarely met anyone who treats an animal as equally as she does. After the death of our two dwarf rabbits (10 and 12 years old), we did not acquire another pet. But I know one thing for sure: If another small animal ever finds a home with us, our first stop will be back to Ms. Schmid and her wonderful team without hesitation.
