We had been looking for a vet for our seriously ill cat and had already filled out all the necessary paperwork. The vet was reachable by phone, but informed me that she was currently out with her dogs and therefore couldn't come. We then contacted another vet who helped our cat—otherwise, he wouldn't have survived the night. From that moment on, I knew I would never use that vet again.

Our kitten (4 months old) felt right at home and was very relaxed :) - the veterinarian took her time with both the animal and us! She answered all our questions thoroughly and competently. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful veterinarian for our kitten.

We've been taking our two cats to Ms. Strauch since they were kittens and are extremely satisfied. Our kittens always receive wonderful, loving, and expert care, and every question we have is taken seriously. Even for minor ailments, you can get an initial assessment remotely via email. The quick and easy appointment booking through the app is also incredibly convenient. We highly recommend choosing Ms. Strauch as your veterinarian!

Last Sunday, I desperately tried to take my dog ​​to an emergency vet because, as a layperson, I can't assess whether my dog ​​is so ill that I need to go to the animal hospital immediately, or whether a vet could perhaps help her overnight so I could see my regular vet the next day. Looking at the Stuttgart Animal Hospital's website, it says that you should only come in for acute emergencies because the staff is overwhelmed. This was the second practice where I was turned away, told that they didn't have the equipment to properly examine my dog. The woman became quite rude and said she didn't have time to give a dog an IV or anything like that because she was covering for nine practices, and that I should just go to Stuttgart. Finally, a practice in Leonberg "took pity on me" and at least looked at my dog ​​and checked her vital signs, among other things. So we didn't have to go to the animal hospital and had a peaceful night. Thanks for nothing. I wonder what the point of emergency services is if the emergencies are considered "too serious." My dog ​​had acute diarrhea, was slightly lethargic and, of course, dehydrated, but refused to drink at home, and everything offered to him to eat was vomited up shortly afterward. You're utterly desperate and on the verge of tears, and yet you're treated like a bothersome insect.

Our two cats and we are very satisfied! Ms. Strauch is very dedicated and handles animals wonderfully. We've been taking various animals to her for years and will gladly continue to go. Appointments are available at short notice if needed. She also provides very helpful advice when you have questions. She never recommends anything unnecessary, but always gives you exactly what you need.
