I've been taking my animals to this practice for quite some time now and have always been very satisfied. But what recently happened to our cat Onyx has convinced me even more that we're in the right place. After a territorial fight, Onyx had a wound that unfortunately became severely infected. We initially went to an animal hospital, but despite the treatment, his condition didn't improve. We were then able to get an appointment at this practice on very short notice. Even though they were officially closing time, they were still able to see us. That's anything but a given these days. This veterinarian treated Onyx superbly. You can immediately tell that she has a wealth of experience and enormous expertise. Above all, you can tell that she practices her profession with heart and passion. She always makes decisions in the best interest of the animal while simultaneously seeking a sensible solution that doesn't unnecessarily strain the budget. You never get the feeling that you're being pressured into buying something. Instead, you receive honest advice and only do what is truly necessary. The entire practice team is simply fantastic. Everyone is friendly, warm, and treats the animals with loving care. You feel valued, well cared for, and simply realize that humanity is still truly important here. When I read some of the negative reviews, I honestly can't understand them at all. Our experiences have been entirely positive, and we've always left with a good feeling. Many thanks to this veterinarian and the entire team for the wonderful care. We are absolutely certain that we will only ever bring our animals here in the future. A heartfelt recommendation!

Very good veterinary practice! Dr. Dieterle and all her assistants are very warm, friendly, and professionally competent. The atmosphere in the practice is calm and relaxed. Both people and animals are treated with kindness, attention, and care. All questions are discussed calmly and answered professionally. Highly recommended.

After a disappointing experience with my old vet, I'm so glad I found this practice. The vet takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all questions, and explains her procedures. I'm absolutely satisfied with the prices, which are very fair. I feel well cared for here, and so do my cats. I'm completely satisfied, and the staff is fantastic too! Our pet is really sick, and the vet's office brushed us off because we hadn't been there in a while. If the animal is now terminally ill, they'd rather let it die than squeeze us in... just too lazy! It's a shame the answering machine picked up. I'll call again; I have to give you a piece of my mind! That receptionist should be fired!
