Since my cat is chronically ill and has a weak immune system, it's important for me to get an appointment quickly when he's unwell. So far, I've always been able to get an appointment for him on the same day. They take their time and check everything necessary. The staff here are very relaxed and caring with the animals. The new practice is lovely. Separate areas for cats and dogs also help keep the animals more relaxed. Max is feeling much better, and I'm very grateful ;)
