The welfare of the animals should be the top priority!!

We've been taking our dogs to Ms. Schmidt for several years and are completely satisfied. Ms. Schmidt treats our dogs with great care and patience, and she also takes plenty of time for their examinations. We greatly appreciate her professional expertise and empathetic approach and are happy to have found such a wonderful veterinarian!

I went there for the emergency vet service! Before you even get the emergency number, there's a recorded message explaining what's available and what isn't. Then, during the initial contact, they quote a certain amount that it will definitely cost. They tell you to hurry or your food will get cold. Payment is cash only. There's no receipt for the amount charged. They couldn't give an injection because they didn't have the necessary medication. The antibiotic tablets helped my dog. But if I can avoid it, I won't go there again.

Well, I am completely dissatisfied with Ms. Schmidt's actions. She placed dogs with Mr. Schwarz! He now has puppies too. The state of his house and garden... mold everywhere, equipment that could injure puppies... and so on. I informed the police today and will also contact animal rescue. I don't think Ms. Schmidt is who she seems.
