On September 27th at 10 p.m., the veterinary practice notified me that my cat had been abandoned by a driver and died from her serious injuries! I received a great deal of compassion and would like to express my gratitude!

We came home late one night over the weekend and our dog couldn't move. Ms. Dolezal called us back well after midnight in her free time, provided extremely competent advice and support, and alleviated our worst fears. A huge thank you to this wonderful veterinarian!

Dr. Dolezal provided excellent emergency care for my 13 year old boy cat that came in with urethral blockage due to a UTI. She handled us with so much care and explained every little step during diagnostics and treatment which I personally appreciated very much. Also, since I recently moved to Austria and do not speak German, all of the communication was in English and that made everything so much easier and less stressful. We were not her clients originally, but we will definitely be coming back for medical care in the future ❤️ and here is a photo of the little guy sleeping tightly after a rough night

After my dog ​​Lago went through a serious illness, Iris was our most important support for weeks: always available, highly competent, calm, compassionate, and honest. With incredible patience and kindness, she guided us through a time full of uncertainty and worry – with top-notch expertise and always with genuine compassion.
