As is often the case with hamsters, unfortunately, you usually realize too late that something is seriously wrong. We had an appointment today, and the little dwarf was also thoroughly examined until the sad decision was made that his time was up. I don't have much to compare it to, but when one of our hamsters had a nasty accident about four years ago and we called the emergency service (at a different practice), the only answer we received was that euthanasia would cost so much money and that it wasn't worth it for a hamster. They didn't even look at the poor fellow (he actually broke his back). There was no such thing here, and the little hamster was treated seriously and examined thoroughly, just like a long-term companion. We felt very comfortable, even though the visit ended sadly. But thank you very much for your time.

An entirely positive experience. Although we were only visiting and not regular patients, our old, seriously ill dachshund received exceptionally competent and expert treatment. Based on a preliminary phone call, the practice had already prepared everything necessary for our treatment when we arrived. On-site, they performed exactly what was absolutely required, not everything that might have been possible. Our dachshund received immediate and lasting relief without the need for additional medication or excessive treatment. Furthermore, we enjoyed a very pleasant and personal interaction with the staff and the veterinarian. We are very grateful and highly recommend this practice.
