For years, I've been very satisfied with the visits and treatments at my horse's stable by the team at the Bieberstein Equine Clinic. This positive impression was absolutely confirmed when my horse spent nine days at the clinic due to an injury. Everyone cared for him with great care and expertise. Someone was always available, and I received prompt calls back. I also received daily updates. From the initial treatment at the stable to handling the insurance claim, we received constant support. Everything was also very well organized and prepared for his discharge, allowing us to continue the wound care at home. Many thanks to the entire team!

I can only say the best about the treatment I received from the vet. I received a very nice lady on the phone who called me back within five minutes and told me that a doctor would be at the stable in about three hours. That's exactly how it was. Dr. Maria Retzer and Daniela Hatscher were on duty and greeted us very warmly. I told them about the problem with our Shetland pony, and after the X-ray, they immediately knew what was going on. They explained everything to us in detail and were very empathetic, given the serious nature of the injury. I'm truly impressed by such kindness and expertise.

It's a shame there's no zero-star option, otherwise I would have given it. If you expect expert work and proper handling, you're definitely in the wrong place here. I'll describe the whole process in detail in a story on my Instagram account, but let me say this upfront: you're better off seeking advice from a competent team. The welfare of the horses is definitely not their top priority.

Super competent and dedicated. We always feel very well cared for; the veterinarians explain even the most basic questions in detail and take plenty of time. The horses are in excellent hands there and are treated like royalty. I am very grateful for the outstanding care my horses receive, and they even allowed my stallion to go out into a paddock with other horses, which is certainly not something to take for granted! Thank you!
