We are extremely satisfied and feel very well cared for at the practice! They take their time with the animals and work very thoroughly and conscientiously. We can highly recommend this practice!

The vet was incredibly unpleasant. We went there yesterday to have our 19-year-old, sick cat euthanized. She simply treated our cat, even though she was clearly suffering and in great pain. Our wishes were completely ignored, and there was no attempt to discuss our preferences with us. We weren't even allowed to hold our cat while she was being euthanized, as the assistant and the vet were holding her down. Instead of compassion, she showed only heartlessness, and on top of that, we were insulted. It was an absolutely catastrophic experience for us, and we are still shocked. We would not recommend this practice to anyone.

A very intelligent veterinarian who has a real feel for her animals. She also makes the right decisions on other issues.

I am personally very satisfied with Ms. Löffelmann; she accepted our cat as an emergency at night without any hesitation. The practice team was also very friendly and helpful.
