I am personally very satisfied with Ms. Löffelmann; she accepted our cat as an emergency at night without any hesitation. The practice team was also very friendly and helpful.

A completely unsympathetic vet. We went there yesterday to have our 19-year-old, sick cat put down. She simply treated our cat, even though she was suffering tremendously and in severe pain. Our wishes were completely ignored, let alone discussed with us how we wanted the treatment to be. We weren't even allowed to hold our cat while she was being put down, as the assistant and vet restrained her. Instead of compassion, she showed only heartlessness, and on top of that, we had to endure insults. It was an absolutely catastrophic experience for us, and we're still shocked. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

A very intelligent veterinarian who has a real feel for her animals. She also makes the right decisions on other issues.

Thanks to Dr. Löffelmann's professionalism, our dog survived babesiosis. Everything is fine now. Hats off, Doctor.
