Very competent and helpful. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly. Our Westie, who was terrified at the vet, came through it all well thanks to their gentle approach. Thank you so much!

We were there on Sunday (emergency service) with our dog. They helped quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff. Kind to both animals and people.

One star is too much. The cat kept vomiting. Despite blood tests and x-rays, no diagnosis was given. Sent home after an IV. The cat was dead the next morning. Presumably poisoned. They'll never see me again.

We are very satisfied with the treatment of our 10-year-old dog, who has a mammary tumor. Dr. Sinowatz is always empathetic, as are the assistants. I would especially like to commend the surgical care. Our dog has recovered well from the two major procedures.

We've been there with three cats already, and the waiting times are far too long! The staff is so half-hearted. It's also way too expensive. We also took my cat there, and to put it simply, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He was euthanized in pain! He'd also had a catheter inserted the day before, WITHOUT anesthesia. Afterwards, I did some research, and inserting a catheter without anesthesia causes a cat immense pain! If you love your pet, don't go there! 😔✝️
