We brought our Border Collie to the practice as an emergency case. The team took a great deal of time and thoroughly examined our dog. They administered an IV, x-rays, and an ultrasound, and also discussed medication for home use and further treatment options. The price was excellent. All in all, we are thrilled with the team and their work. Thank you so much!

I went to the vet's office on a Saturday because my cat came home limping and with four bites. When we arrived, we felt like we weren't being taken seriously. The vet asked us what exactly she should do. She hadn't even looked at all the wounds, taken her temperature, or done a proper general examination. I was told to hold my cat (right where the bite wounds were) while she gave her a painkiller and antibiotic injection. She was so hasty that my cat screamed in pain, jumped, and bent the needle. The vet then used the same bent needle again! My cat later had more pain and problems at the injection site than at the bites themselves. At least they looked at her teeth and recommended a cleaning. When I asked if the practice used a dental X-ray machine, they said yes. Outrageous. For someone with even a little knowledge of veterinary medicine, the visit was an absolute nightmare. I will steer clear of this practice in the future and should really report the incident somewhere.

Hello dear team, dear Dr. Bartels, thank you so much for your efforts regarding our beloved Jacky. Even though we ultimately had to let her go, we were very well cared for by you. Kind regards, the Wallner-Hummel family
