My horse had colic surgery there in 2023. The team was very competent. I knew my horse was in very good hands. I received regular updates. Thankfully, he's been doing well ever since. I would go there again in a heartbeat, but I hope I never have to. Thanks to everyone involved.

Our senior horse (27) has been in the clinic since Sunday with colic caused by a feed ball in his stomach. Fortunately, the problem was resolved. It's astonishing that you can treat horses with a mixture of water, paraffin oil, and cola, but it worked. Well, if the dear old folks don't drink enough in the cold winter, something like this can happen. And to top it off, there was a bitterly cold east wind in the open stable at night. Lucky us, it could have ended very differently. The team that received us on Sunday made a very competent and experienced impression, so I drove home reassured. It looks like I'll be able to pick up the old boy again on Thursday.
