My mare was found with a severe colic. The vet came, and it was quickly determined that only the clinic could save her (if at all). The vet called you, and we set off for you very quickly. From the moment we left, we were in constant contact with the veterinary clinic staff. We were expected there, and things got started right away. We were greeted and cared for very warmly; someone was always ready to answer our questions. The team was always there for us, the vets kept us informed at all times, and we felt completely cared for and in the best hands. You are so kind and always acted in the best interests of the animal, which made my mare's stay easier, and it helped me as her owner a great deal. I knew that even if I wasn't there, her stall neighbor or you were. I think I could write a whole book about the 13 days I spent with you all ❤️ You guys are simply indescribable! Hello, my name is Hope, and I had colic on April 26, 2024. Because I'm so small, the vet at my home could only help me to a limited extent. My owners decided at 2:00 AM to bring me to your veterinary clinic because I just wasn't getting any better. When I arrived at the clinic, I received a warm welcome, and my owners were reassured. They stayed with me the whole time and held my hooves. I was a little scared at first, but the vet was so kind and took really good care of me. He put me at ease, and I felt I was in the best hands. My owners felt the same way. I was treated like royalty. They cooked food for me and took me for walks. My room was very spacious, and my neighbor was enormous, but we quickly became friends. After only half a day there, my owners were able to take me home, feeling fit and happy again. I had become a star, and everyone had fallen in love with me. I've been very impressed with the clinic from the very beginning. I've always received a very warm welcome. My pony has also always been treated with great care. I think the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The clinic grounds are well-designed. There's always a pleasant atmosphere. Above all, in our case, they really thought outside the box. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care our little Lycka received. From the very beginning, we felt completely at ease. We would especially like to emphasize the friendliness of the entire team. Every single staff member treats both people and animals with great warmth, patience, and calm. They always took the time to answer our questions, and we always felt taken seriously and well-informed. Besides their professional expertise, you can really feel the heart and soul that goes into their work. This gives us, as horse owners, a good, reassuring, and secure feeling.
