Everyone is super nice, which is great. Even better is the competent care, the detailed advice, and the explanations. You really feel understood here (and unfortunately, I'm more of an overprotective type, which must be exhausting for the vet). The vet clinic also offers excellent service, with very friendly and attentive staff. The clinic itself is more or less brand new, extremely well-maintained, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, you can only give it 5 stars :-)

I'd give it 10 stars if I could! I am incredibly grateful to this clinic, the doctors, and the staff for helping my horse so quickly and competently! You did such a fantastic job, always friendly, never stressed, and you took all the time in the world! You even helped us with loading the horse. A huge thank you to you and this wonderful clinic 🙏🥹 Everything is always explained clearly and understandably, so you know exactly what's going on.

A super friendly and always cheerful team. For urgent problems, a vet comes at short notice. A lot is explained and discussed. I feel in excellent hands. The care in the practice is also first-class. The post-operative care is excellent. They take enough time, and you don't get the feeling of being rushed off. There's really nothing to complain about, not even at a high level.

We went there for our horse's teeth to be done. We received a very warm welcome and were immediately offered help with unloading. They also took plenty of time and even cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood for the owners. The horse was allowed to look around before they even listened to its heart and lungs, which I thought was very nice. They only used as much sedation as absolutely necessary. All in all, I highly recommend going there.

Professionally excellent. Thanks to Dr. Pfaff, my horse's eyesight and thus its life were saved. A severe inflammation developed overnight, and he was there just 1.5 hours after my call. Dr. Pfaff immediately recognized what no one had noticed before, allowing me to react correctly with medication and advice. Recommendations for Dr. Kipke in Ahrensburg and the Hanse Clinic in Bremen, both specialists in ophthalmology, said it was a close call. I am incredibly grateful for the right advice, the quick help, and the truly excellent consultation. Even though it's a bit more expensive, a correct diagnosis and a trained eye are invaluable.
