She was really difficult! The first time she was okay, but a year later she was acting very strangely. I'm pretty sure we had an appointment for the vaccination, which she said would be on her birthday. Then, supposedly, we didn't have an appointment after all. (I'll keep this a bit shorter) A few days ago, I definitely saw her driving to the vet's office. So I turned around and went there myself to make an appointment. She was quite difficult, gave me a dirty look 😠, and told me that the consultation hours were at ... o'clock, and as you can see, I had just arrived. Then, very reluctantly, she said that if she had time, we could see her right away. There are plenty of vets; I don't need to be treated like that. Besides, when she gave the vaccination, our dog squealed and circled for about 3 minutes. It's better that our dog gets his vaccinations somewhere else. Furthermore, when she gave him the vaccination, our dog squealed and ran around in circles for about 3 minutes. It's better that our dog gets his vaccinations somewhere else. . ' ... In my opinion, she is too rough for small animals.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you! Wolle can now be free from pain! I'm at a loss for words, but I can say that she is a very good veterinarian.
We called due to an emergency involving our 9-year-old female dog with a swollen face (so swollen she couldn't open her eyes) and other problems. After the woman on the other end of the line was so unfriendly and told us we couldn't come in despite the emergency, we went to a different veterinary clinic. Let me just say... it really was an emergency, and the animal would have suffered terribly. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Avoid this vet if you care about your pet!
My animals (cats, dog, rabbits, guinea pigs) have been very well cared for there for 15 years. Ms. Theel is a very competent veterinarian and has a huge heart for both animals and people.
Dr. Theel is a wonderful veterinarian who examines and advises thoroughly and with great empathy. When our Peppi was unwell, she took a lot of time for the examination and patiently and expertly answered our questions. She even called us after hours to give us the results of the blood tests, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much, Dr. Theel, for the loving care you gave our Peppi 🐕 and us as her owners 💐
