A very competent veterinarian who cares for the horse with great empathy and calmness. She also appreciates it when a horse behaves very well; that's a nice bit of feedback. No unnecessary treatments are performed. The quality of care is very good. Endoscopic examinations are now also available, which aren't offered by every mobile practice. She was always punctual for appointments. Unfortunately, she is very difficult to reach by phone. Only in emergencies are you allowed to leave a message on the answering machine, and you supposedly receive an immediate callback – but especially in an emergency, I want to speak to my vet on the phone immediately and not wait/hope for a callback. For everything else, with very few exceptions, I've always had to wait for a callback, which at best came on the same day, but sometimes not until the following day. Inquiries via WhatsApp (even for appointments) are not welcome, even though that would often be faster for both parties. Getting through by phone is impossible... hmmm... She isn't always as open and friendly with me personally as she is with the horses. You often feel like a bothersome appendage to the horse. The quality of the advice is very good, but the scope of the advice could be improved; sometimes I had to ask a lot of questions and practically drag everything out of them, so naturally I didn't get any valuable additional information. It's a real shame, because the knowledge is certainly there, I'm sure of that.

Last week, Dr. Parzer performed a complex and extensive tooth extraction on my horse at the stable due to EOTRH. Although the surgery lasted several hours, she never lost her patience or lost her focus, remaining fair to the horse despite all the challenges. She reacted immediately to changing conditions and found solutions. Her advice regarding the post-operative recovery was clear, practical, and easy to understand for me as the owner; I wholeheartedly recommend her!
