A small but excellent veterinary practice. Here, both people and animals receive personalized attention. Scheduling an appointment promptly eliminates unnecessary waiting times and stress for the animal. Highly recommended.
I'm not satisfied. This isn't about my animals, but my ex-partner's. The cats were spayed, tore out their stitches, then he stapled them shut, and the next day they were open again. One cat's abdomen was so open that it went all the way to the inside. I then took the cats to a different vet. They were shocked when I described everything. After that, I called the original vet, but he showed absolutely no understanding and insisted there was nothing wrong with him. He said one of the cats might not survive. When I told him this, all he said was that there was nothing he could do, that he'd been doing this for 25 years, and that the abdominal wall certainly wasn't open, etc. He'll definitely be hearing from me and my ex-partner. Never again!
He's a fantastic vet. He's very gentle with my cat 🐱. He explains everything very thoroughly, which is great, as I can be quite anxious when it comes to my cat. He also gives me advice over the phone and isn't one of those vets who are only in it for the money 💰. I've been a patient of my British Shorthair mix cat at his practice for three years now – practically from the very beginning. I can highly recommend him, hence the five stars 🌟 from me.
Not empathetic. Poor quality. Unsympathetic. I have a "problem cat." His advice: I should BREAK the cat's will by giving her away for about six weeks to a household with several cats and dogs. I got a second and third opinion. They were stunned by this advice. So was I. Never again will I go to that vet's office.
