I can hardly express my gratitude. My dog Lili jumped or fell out of the window for no apparent reason. She screamed so incredibly loudly that I just grabbed her and rushed her to the veterinary clinic. Dr. Gilli greeted us immediately upon arrival. In no time at all, Lili was given an IV, blood work was done, and X-rays were taken. I was a nervous wreck, but Dr. Gilli not only calmed Lili down but also took wonderful care of me. Apart from the shock, Lili was perfectly healthy! She has since recovered well and is doing very well again. Thankfully, the follow-up appointment was also clear. This clinic definitely prioritizes not only the well-being of the animals but also the well-being of the pet owners, who are treated with respect and loving care! Anyone looking for a competent and empathetic veterinary clinic will be in excellent hands here!
