The emergency service was truly awful. The staff barely spoke German (but were nice!). Over €700 for three x-rays. You HAVE to buy Royal Canin food, whether you want to or not. I wanted to have a parasite test done, but was advised against it. The woman on the phone wanted me not to come at all. Only after several calls did they TOOMALLY allow me to come in. See the photo of how my dog pooped: Even in an emergency, I wouldn't go there again. Unprofessional from start to finish.
Compassionate and professional If you're looking for a competent practice with heart, this is the place. The entire team is very friendly and handles the animals with incredible calm and patience.
