Very bad experience here. I called 20 times over the past week to get an appointment for my cat with this specialized doctor, but Mrs. S does not answer the phone nor does she call you back. I drove 60 km to see at the cabinet if they are on holiday or something, but nobody was there and a note on the door lets customers know that the holiday starts on Aug 19th only. Still don't undersyand why she doesn't answer but I will stop trying. I find this highly unprofessional. There must be other doctor that are specialized in ultrasound and are available for customers. Do not recommend
A truly positive vet visit... My 18-year-old cat, Mogli, and I were anxious and worried before the heart ultrasound... everything was new – the practice, the vet, the examination method... But we hadn't yet experienced Dr. Schlieter's calm, almost cat-whispering approach. Her patient and reassuring manner with Mogli (and me) quickly put us at ease. A feeling of being in good hands gave us peace and confidence. Dr. Schlieter's knowledge and clear explanations during the examination were impressive. In the follow-up consultation, we received numerous tips from her wealth of experience. After the examination, Mogli was completely relaxed, explored the examination room without fear, and happily munched on the treats that Dr. Schlieter generously offered. We highly recommend Dr. Schlieter and are looking forward to the follow-up appointment in a year with complete peace of mind.
We had an appointment with Dr. Schlieter today for our two cats, and I'm truly impressed. Our cats are usually very anxious and get stressed easily at the vet, but this time they were surprisingly calm and relatively relaxed. Dr. Schlieter has an incredibly calm and loving way with animals, and at the same time, you can immediately tell how competent she is. We, as their owners, also felt completely at ease the entire time. It was by far the most stress-free vet visit we've ever had.
Dr. Schlieter's practice puts the patient first. Her highest priority is to examine the animal without fear or stress, taking the time to build trust with the animal. This is a rare quality these days. Dr. Schlieter explains everything she does and makes her findings in a way that is perfectly understandable, even for those without medical training. Our "little drama queen" was relaxed, and the examination went smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schlieter and will gladly return for a check-up.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schlieter. During the echocardiogram of our young cat Bennett, she was exceptionally loving and empathetic – it was immediately clear that the well-being of animals is very important to her. She quickly established a trusting relationship with our cat, making the examination completely stress-free for him. At the same time, she worked with the utmost professionalism and competence throughout, explaining everything clearly and understandably. This combination of expertise and genuine love for animals is truly remarkable. We are very grateful and feel we are in excellent hands with her. A clear recommendation from us!
