Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. The vet is quite nice, although I have to say that such long artificial fingernails are absolutely unhygienic in a medical setting. So many bacteria collect under them. I'm surprised that it's even allowed. However, the main reason for not coming back is the receptionist. She couldn't be more unfriendly. On our first visit with the dog, she didn't even look at us, sat on her chair, and asked us what color our dog was… she could have simply stood up for a moment, since the dog was with us. When I called on a public holiday to make sure they were open (Google often shows them as open even when they aren't), so I wouldn't make a wasted trip with our cat, she snapped at me: "If we weren't open, I wouldn't have answered the phone." If you're that dissatisfied, you should reconsider whether this is the right job for you. The patients certainly aren't to blame.
