Dr. Born is the first veterinarian who found the cause of my cat's excessive licking of her belly—after I had already visited several other vets. Even during the very difficult situation with the suspected diagnosis of a tumor in my cat, she listened to me, took her time, and calmed me with her calm and empathetic manner. Unfortunately, I didn't experience this at another nearby clinic, which caused me to panic. If I had gone directly to Dr. Born, it would have saved my cat and me a lot of stress. I am very grateful to Dr. Born and can wholeheartedly recommend her. The team is also always very friendly and helpful. 👍

Making an appointment usually works well – it's important to call beforehand! For emergencies, it's always possible to get an appointment on the same day. If it can wait, then a few days later is also an option. The staff is always friendly. The only thing that can sometimes come across as accusatory is the greeting question upon entering the practice, "Do you have an appointment?"... While I understand the human element, it still feels a bit awkward when you consider the tone of the question. Because we always make an appointment, after all. 😊 The medical care for our pets was never inadequate. We were always very satisfied and felt we received competent advice, and they spoke clearly and directly about medical matters. We can highly recommend the practice and Dr. Kollofrath's team.
