Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. The x-rays taken were faulty and led to a wrong diagnosis. They claimed our dog had a tumor and that amputation of the paw was necessary. This serious assessment was made without any further or more thorough examinations. Subsequent investigations revealed that this diagnosis was incorrect. Especially when such serious decisions are involved, I expect a significantly more careful and thorough diagnostic process.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kollofrath and his team at the veterinary practice. From the very first moment, we were greeted with such kindness, respect, and warmth that we immediately felt well cared for. Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to our beloved young cat, Mogli. Dr. Kollofrath and his team provided us with incredibly compassionate support during this difficult time. Dr. Kollofrath took his time and explained everything calmly and clearly. His approach was characterized by empathy, understanding, and dignity. We were also particularly grateful that we were able to get an immediate appointment for a check-up for our deceased cat's sibling. In such a situation, it is incredibly reassuring to know that care is being provided so quickly and attentively. We were also deeply touched to receive an unexpected sympathy card with Mogli's paw print and a small piece of his fur. This thoughtful gesture means a great deal to us and demonstrates the dedication and compassion with which the staff works. It is precisely in moments like these that you realize how truly special a veterinary practice is. Here, you'll find people with big hearts, great empathy, and a genuine passion for animals. Dr. Born is the first veterinarian who found the cause of my cat's excessive licking of her belly—after I had already visited several other vets. Even during the very difficult situation with the suspected diagnosis of a tumor in my cat, she listened to me, took her time, and calmed me with her calm and empathetic manner. Unfortunately, I didn't experience this at another nearby clinic, which caused me to panic. If I had gone directly to Dr. Born, it would have saved my cat and me a lot of stress. I am very grateful to Dr. Born and can wholeheartedly recommend her. The team is also always very friendly and helpful. 👍
