I'm very happy since discovering this place. We started taking our dog to the vet services a year or so ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm not sure about their backstory, but clearly their small animal clinic is just part of what they do. It seems mainly staffed by young though competent vets. Very friendly people, and clearly people who take their job seriously. We've had our dog spayed there, treated for a serious illness (she needed transfusions), plus general check-ups and the like. I've always gone away pleased with their service.
Decent veterinary assistants but awful experience with the doctor (Judith Braun). Like another reviewer on here - we have a Staffy mix dog. She looks tough but is extremely sweet with everyone and is not large. We also have a little baby and our dog is lovely with her. When we brought our girl in for an injury to her tail Dr. Judith Braun also told us that our dog is somehow not safe even though our dog was sweet and nice as she always is. Our dog was nervous and cried with Judith Braun. It was very clear Braun was afraid of our dog - which is positively bizarre. It was a very unsettling and shocking for us to have our dog called “dangerous” especially since everyone always loves our dog and she did absolutely nothing to be even slightly intimidating. And it was also shocking that Judith Braun was reacting with such underlying fear. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful experience and extremely disappointing. We’ll never be back there unless we have no other choice but I’d rather pay more money elsewhere than be so insulted again.
Professional Animal Center. No family feeling. Everything is clean. The prices are xxl. (-2)
I am very shocked by the arrogance and rudeness of the veterinary assistants. Today I found a critically ill cat that had to be euthanized. I'll spare you the details, but such an ordeal at reception was truly heartbreaking. Afterwards, I had to wait ages for the expensive bill, and as I said, it was someone else's cat. It couldn't have been due to stress; there were three veterinary assistants behind the reception desk. At least the vet was nice... It's very interesting what you wrote in your reply. Endless insinuations. Can't you handle criticism? I think I'll forward your feedback to my lawyer.
We've been taking our rabbits to the Lahr Animal Health Center (TGZ Lahr) for just over 10 years now and can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team. Throughout this time, we've always received expert and incredibly empathetic advice. Where others might have given up, they always fought for every single animal. What's particularly wonderful, in our opinion, is that the entire team (and especially Dr. Braun) always prioritizes the animal's well-being! Despite some challenging situations over the years, there hasn't been a single moment when we've had any doubts! Thank you so much for the fantastic and reliable support and treatment!
