The second time I wasn't satisfied. With the first cat, she was shaved, and I specifically asked for her belly and neck to be completely shaved because otherwise it would mat again immediately. What did they do? Only her neck was shaved, the rest was combed out, and just two weeks later, her belly was already starting to mat. The cost was almost €300, far too expensive. The second cat was the same story. This time, they wrote down exactly where and what needed to be shaved. They did it accordingly. However, my cat had to have a cut and stitches and has to come back in 10 days to have them removed. I'm curious to see what they'll charge me for. In 11 years of having my cat shaved, this has never happened before, although I had previously gone to a different vet who was €100 cheaper. I think money plays a huge role there! There were some positive aspects to both dogs, I was generally satisfied, hence 2 stars, but I will look for a new practice where they don't try to push all sorts of things on you and just try to inflate the bill, and where they actually do what you ask them to.

I am completely impressed with the practice, the team, and the veterinarians. My dog, who is usually terrified and won't accept any treats, even ate out of the vet's hand. The first time in almost 12 years!

A super friendly, helpful, and wonderful team 🥰 No one has ever gotten along with my Shyra as well as Ms. Curylo, a fantastic young veterinarian. She takes her time and is very gentle with the animals. My little dog is also a patient of hers. If you want your pet to be in good hands, I can highly recommend this practice ♥️♥️ Thank you for everything!
