They told me on the phone that the consultation would cost 28 euros but after the consultation they asked me to pay 42 euros and they said it's never less than 42 euros. This is borderline illegal. And the consultation was literally nothing. My last veterinarian would do a bunch of examinations during the consultation without me asking, but here nothing. Worst experience, I'm sorry.
We brought our senior dog here for a teeth cleaning. He has a heart murmur so they suggested we have a cardiac ultrasound to be sure he would be able to handle the anesthesia. Between that and the actual teeth cleaning process, everyone was very detailed in explaining everything to us! And they all speak a little bit of English which was definitely helpful to us! We highly recommend this veterinary practice!
