Excellent service and helps that he can speak English
No stars!!!! A veterinarian on emergency duty should be there for animals regardless of the time or symptoms. If they aren't, they're in the wrong profession. They told me on the phone that it was outrageous to call at night because my dog had been coughing for two days and couldn't settle down, and that he needed sleep. Not recommended.
A very nice couple, they helped my Charlotte a lot. She had an eye injury. Appointments were really great, no waiting times. You get seen right away.
Apparently, he has no interest in emergency call-outs. On the phone, all I heard was long silence and a lot of "I don't know," no sign of expertise or professionalism. But he insisted I decide very quickly whether to come in or not; he probably wanted to go to bed early.
The nicest vet couple ever! I've been coming here with my two cats for several years now. They're very empathetic, consider everything, and my cats are surprisingly calm and tame in their hands 😊 I can highly recommend them and am so grateful that we have such loving vets in our area.
