A fantastic team. We feel very well cared for with our rescue dog. Where other practices misled us (in the sense of unnecessary surgery), she corrected the situation. She knows her craft, gives clear opinions, and offers solutions. The animal's well-being is her priority, not the money. For example, the vaccination is done on Monday as a preventative measure, not on a possible Friday. They are proactive, remind us about vaccinations, and are attentive to every detail. We are absolutely thrilled! After experiencing problems with our cat for over three months and having already visited a veterinary practice and an animal hospital, we unfortunately only received repeated treatment attempts without a clear explanation. With Ms. Dietsche, it was completely different: Within just a few minutes, we were taken seriously, thoroughly informed, and our cat was finally examined properly. Her experience and genuine interest in animals are immediately apparent – ​​we felt very well cared for. Thanks to her, we finally know what's wrong with our cat and how to treat it correctly. I encountered Ms. Dietsche several times as the companion of a dog owner. I've owned animals for years and am quite knowledgeable about them. I found Ms. Dietsche to be very impatient and always working against the clock. Even in what we considered an emergency, she refused to open the practice even five minutes earlier. Quite frankly, I wouldn't subject myself, and especially not my animal, to such treatment. It makes you wonder why some people choose such a profession when they're so obviously frustrated. There are so many other ways to earn a living. I certainly wouldn't take my pet there.
