On our way back to the Netherlands (we were returning from vacation) for an unexpected consultation, we ended up at this vet. Even though we hadn't made an appointment, we were admitted immediately. What a kind, patient, and very knowledgeable woman. She explained her actions well and achieved the desired results. She treated our dog Ollie incredibly well and helped us tremendously.
A fantastic vet 🥰 with lots of love and expertise! Thank you for the quick help 😍
We visited Dr. Claudia Ciugudean's practice again today. As always, our Salome was treated with great care by the doctor and her son (a future veterinarian). A truly fantastic veterinary practice that I highly recommend. The entire team treats the animals with care and competence. We are completely satisfied with the advice and treatment.
Our experience with this veterinary practice was unfortunately very disappointing. Our dog was seriously ill, and we visited them repeatedly over an extended period, sometimes every two weeks, seeking help. Instead of clear support, however, we often felt abandoned in the situation. We were repeatedly asked how we should proceed, even though that was precisely why we had sought help at a veterinary practice. We found the tone of the conversation to be inappropriate and lacking in empathy at times. When our dog's condition deteriorated so drastically that we had to have her euthanized, the situation was extremely distressing for us. At that moment, we would have appreciated compassion and respectful treatment above all else. Instead, we were criticized for not having come sooner – even though we were regular visitors to the practice. Our dog ultimately had to be euthanized in the car. This farewell was difficult enough for us as it was. We felt that the veterinarian's comments about her own pet losses were inappropriate in this situation. The loss of a beloved pet is painful. All the more reason why we would have wished for empathy, support and respectful treatment in this practice.
