I really enjoy going to the practice of Dr. J. Tüting and E. Mocanu in Essen (Oldenburg) because I feel taken seriously and well cared for there. Even at reception, you're greeted warmly and can tell that the team works well together. Despite the often busy practice, everyone takes their time and remains patient. The lab works calmly, meticulously, and professionally. Tests are explained clearly, so you feel confident and know what's being done. I especially appreciate the medical consultations. They listen attentively, explain things clearly, and address my individual situation. You don't feel rushed, but truly seen as a person. For me, this is a practice with heart, competence, and a fantastic team. I am very grateful for the care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tüting for years, and even after I moved away, I stayed with him. He's a very competent doctor who gives each patient plenty of time. You'll always have to wait a while, but it's not a big deal; it's not a lot of waiting time with other doctors either. Highly recommended!

A very good practice! A friendly, empathetic team welcomes patients, even though the patient flow is very high! The practice is currently located in temporary premises in a former fashion store. This makes a visit to the diabetes specialist something special! The team handles these circumstances brilliantly, and customers notice the high level of motivation and commitment! I've been under Janete's care for two years. From day one, she took away my fear of this disease. A fantastic diabetes advisor with a wealth of knowledge. I'm also very satisfied with the registration and lab work. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Two weeks ago, I received excellent treatment at short notice for impaired wound healing. A huge thank you to Janete again. I hope the staff is well paid. Good staff must be well paid. Good staff are in high demand everywhere. A truly fantastic practice! I'm extremely satisfied. Everything is explained and taught clearly and thoroughly. They are open to all questions and you don't feel alone, especially if diabetes is completely new to you. Furthermore, the entire team is incredibly friendly and you feel very well cared for.
