I was there very often last year with my son's guinea pig. The entire team, including the vet, were incredibly kind and competent. I felt that even the "little ones" were treated like big animals and that they always had a listening ear. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Heilmann is a highly competent veterinarian who devotes a lot of time to his animals and performs every treatment and diagnosis with the utmost professionalism. You immediately notice that he understands his subject and is passionate about his work. The practice team is also consistently pleasant, friendly, and professional – you always receive a warm welcome and excellent care. A veterinary practice that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again! To Dr. Heilmann and both nurses for their kindness, empathy and commitment! We fought with and for our cat Amadeo for seven days in a row, but unfortunately he didn't make it! Dr. Heilmann was always kind, always respectful with Amadeo and did not discourage us from continuing to fight. The same goes for the nurses, who were always gentle with Amadeo and clearly showed concern. THANK YOU! Amadeo is missed unbelievably! I personally informed the practice that Amadeo had passed away, and they were also very sad. I said "goodbye"! If another four-legged friend moves in with us, I will just as confidently place them in the hands of Dr. Heilmann and his team!

Our dog injured his paw while walking around the reservoir on Saturday afternoon, and it was bleeding heavily. Mr. Heilmann was immediately ready to treat our dog and was at his practice within 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated help 😊

Not a single star!!!!!! Our cat desperately needed help on December 31, 2024!!!!! Since the emergency service was unfortunately unreachable, we contacted Dr. Heilmann!!!! He wasn't responsible for our cat that day because he wasn't on duty himself!!!! Even though we explained the absolute urgency!!!! We then called every veterinarian in the entire Bautzen district and unfortunately couldn't reach any of them!!! Our beloved cat's health (8 months old) deteriorated by the hour!!!! On January 2, 2025, after several attempts, my wife finally reached Dr. Heilmann and had a short but very annoyed conversation with him!!!! He initially refused to treat our cat, despite his poor health!!!! And that's completely unacceptable!!! Dr. Heilmann eventually decided to treat our cat!!! Which turned out to be utterly ridiculous!!! Dr. Heilmann didn't even properly examine or listen to our animal. Then he gave our cat a few injections and charged us €240 for it! And then he made a snide remark! We should be glad he didn't charge us the €60 emergency fee! If we had come an hour later, it would have been even cheaper! Quote from Dr. Heilmann! Not even an hour later, our cat passed away! Then I called Dr. Heilmann and explained the situation, and I was met with absolute disinterest! So disgusting! And like I said! This is a veterinarian! Our dear cat has left a huge hole in our little family! That was our first and last time at this so-called veterinarian! We had the feeling the whole time that only money mattered and not the health of the animal! Never again!
