I got an appointment spontaneously and super quickly. Very straightforward and competent. The cat is healthy again.
Before we arrived, we received a call back asking what we even wanted from her. We then explained to her for the second time what was wrong with our dog and that we were already standing in front of the practice, but she rudely hung up. We were there with our dog and the vet was completely incompetent. She was also timid and didn't dare touch our dog or examine her properly! To then charge €20 for a quick look and a three-minute conversation is absolute outrage. If you love your animal, you'd better not go to this practice.
