Reviews
Send me away with my cat if things get difficult. No lab. No assistant. I'm disappointed.
I got an appointment spontaneously and super quickly. Very straightforward and competent. The cat is healthy again.
A very kind and experienced veterinarian. Her calm demeanor makes even small animals (I have two cats) feel safe. Excellent vaccines and truly affordable! Pros
I brought my dog in for a mild case of bronchitis. I was given an antibiotic and was surprised that the package insert was only printed in a foreign (Eastern Bloc) language and not in German or English. After two days, I stopped the medication because my dog was drinking liters of water and was having problems. He didn't survive the following night. I suspect we received cheap, low-quality medication from abroad, which led to liver/kidney failure. Anyone who loves their pet will definitely steer clear of this practice.
Before we arrived, we received a call asking what we wanted from her. During the call, we explained for the second time what was wrong with our dog and that we were already standing in front of the practice. She hung up on us rudely. We were there with our dog, and she was completely incompetent. She was also timid and didn't dare to touch our dog or examine her properly! To then charge €20 for a quick look and a three-minute conversation is absolutely outrageous. Anyone who loves their pet should definitely avoid this practice.
